Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy to our customers. Merchandise must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer’s containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
Strictly no returns for lingerie, hosiery or bath products.
All returns will be refunded via Branded Staples credits only. There will be no cash refunds. This amount will be less any shipping and delivery charge, which is non-refundable. We will credit your account once we have ensured that it is in the condition as described above.
Exchange policy
Exchanges are applicable only to accessories, subjected to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of merchandise. Once the returned merchandise has been received, the replacement merchandise will be sent to you within 5 working days. Customers may be charged for any additional delivery costs incurred.
Incorrect/Defective Merchandise
